In partnership with Achieve Northwest, who are funded through ESF, adults who have previously offended worked on a digital media course during which they learned new skills designed to increase employability whilst working towards an OCN qualification.

Through working with Achieve and the participants of the course we developed an idea for creating online video content to inform employers about the kind of work Achieve does and to address any questions an employer might have when thinking about employing those who have previously offended.
