Signal ran a digital storytelling workshop with South Lakeland Mind as part of Mental Heath Awareness Week 2013.

After a group discussion the theme and title of ‘Making Time’ was decided upon for the digital story after discussing how often people use the excuse of not having enough time for themselves as a reason for not enjoying life or developing hobbies and interests.

In only a few hours the group wrote a poem, took photos and made moving images using video cameras under the guidance of Signal tutors Karen Bird and May Davies.
